I ended up seeing them today (for what may be the last time); one day AFTER my new machine finally arrived as ordered by my PCP, and denied repeatedly by Apria . . . . Nancy was a godsend. Her knowledge, skill and persistence ensured that my wife, who had pancreatic cancer, got the best possible care.
